Fall Decorations that Smell so Good!

Fall Decorations that Smell so Good!
It’s fall and I’m sure you have up your beautiful fall decorations around the house! This fall, I have started diffusing my essential oils on my fall centerpiece. Yup! Did you know fake flowers are a great way to diffuse your favorite essential oils? Well they are!!
Here's how, on your table, hollow out a pumpkin with fake flowers in it. Take your favorite essential oils and put them on the pedals of the fake flowers. This can be perfect for during Thanksgiving dinner. If family is sometimes stressful, you can add Stress Away to your centerpiece for Thanksgiving.
This is one of my favorite ways to diffuse essential oils. It’s beautiful and it smells so good!
These are a few of my favorite Fall essential single oils or blends:

OILS & EMOTIONAL WELLNESS

OILS & EMOTIONAL WELLNESS
You don't have to be an Aromatherapist to use essential oils. Time for a little schooling 🤓

Aromatherapy works by the client inhaling essential oils and or applying them topically in order to stimulate the Olfactory system 👃💨 Smell receptors pick up molecules of the essential oil and then communicate to parts of the Limbic system such as your amygdala and hippocampus which are the areas in the brain where we store emotions and memories. The amygdala is important in controlling anxiety and fear, plays a roll in controlling aggression. The hippocampus is associated with learning and memory.

Aromatherapy has been noted as early as 1923 to have an immediate effect on respiration, pulse and blood pressure and a significant effect on the central nervous system. Aromatherapy can be combined with massage, yoga, acupuncture and diet as part of a holistic lifestyle ☯

A licensed Massage Therapist can use Young Living essential oils and offer the topical application of essential oils diluted with massage oils and/or an aroma experience using a diffuser. Massage already aids in an emotional release of things like depression and grieving. When you experience an intentional aromatherapy massage, true balance can occur. More on this can be found here.

These little bottles don't just have clever names. Most give you a clue as to what they can do for you, yet Young Living nor I can guarantee your experience. That is why I call it a journey...what works for me might be different for you. Part of the fun is finding YOUR oil. Its an investment that will help you grow in mind, body and soul once you really start looking into the amazing benefits of Young Living essential oils 😍💧🍃💯 The resources for education are endless! Get started today! Caramel Apples!

I love caramel apples! Growing up we had Halloween parties every year. My favorite part was making the caramel apples. We would use them as party favors. Today I want to give you an easy twist on the normal caramel apple.
DIY Thieves Caramel Apples Favors!
Ingredients
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of corn syrup
1 (14 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk
1 stick of butter
8 to 10 apples
Parchment paper
Add your sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup, sweetened condensed milk, and butter to a medium-low heated pot.
Stir to prevent burning on the bottom of the pot.
Once your caramel has reached 225 degrees.
Let the caramel cool for 5 minutes.
Add in the 10 drops of Thieves essential oils.
Cleaning your apples. If you haven’t tried the Thieves fruit and veggie wash, this could be a perfect time to try it.
Push a popsicle stick or lollipop stick in the middle of your apples.
Dip your apples in the caramel.
Place on parchment paper and place in fridge.
Once the apples are cooled, you can drizzle chocolate, nuts, or whatever you want on top. I wrap the apples in a clear bag and use them as party favors. I have also cut the apples into slices or balls with a melon baller and dipped them in the caramel sauce. I use the leftover caramel sauce on just about everything.
These make perfect teacher gifts and gifts during Christmas.
The real question left is how do you pronounce caramel? Care-a-mel, car-Mel or even car-muhl Thieves fruit and veggie wash
